- Steve, Thank you. I will send you comments and edits on Chapter 4 drafts today. Andy, Bo, Charles and I talked at the end of the day yesterday, and we are returning to NRC's "normal" system of project management in which I, as NRC technical oversight for aquatic ecology, will communicate directly with you and your other biologists until we as a team have drafts ready to submit to the NRC project manager (Charles). That should relieve the "choke point" and some of the confusion here and allow our team to work more efficiently. As Bobbie has pointed out, NRC's "normal" system has worked well for all of us in the past, and I expect that it will work well here again.
I am copying Andy, Bo, Charles and Bobbie on this.
