- Rich, I doubled check status and these letters were sent out (USFWS and NOAA). However, management had made a decision that consultation with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Division of Fish and Wildlife, Marine Fisheries Administration was not required under Part 51 and that they did not want to start an additional precedent. No letter was sent to this office. Do you concur?
Still waiting on response from USFWS.

Did you send letters out to the USFWS, NOAA, and the NJ natural resource agency(ies) requesting information on Federalily-listed species (& state species) and/or sensitive habitats?
Steve Dillard indicated he provided you with the list of natural resource contacts several months ago.
