- Charles, Just a couple of things.
(1) What does "Estuary Water System" mean? If it is the cooling water systems, the hydrologists usually go on this one. But you have them scheduled for a conflicting tour. Both should see the NPDES outfalls.
(2) I would like to accompany the terrestrial biologists (Bulavinetz and Dillard) on the t-line and terrestrial tour.
(3) The boat tour crew is usually just the aquatic biologists and hydrologists from the applicant, NRC, and its contractors, and sometimes biologists from other agencies. No reason to inconvenience everybody for this.
(4) We should be going out to the site of the estuary enhancement program, since it was constructed to be a mitigation for aquatic impacts. Is that the plan? The key people here would be the terrestrial and aquatic biologists and the alternatives person.
