RE: Site Audit Needs List Okay - Steve Dillard gave me the distinct impression that he was reviewing both and/or providing final oversight for both (sounds sufficiently vague) - so there probably are additional folks in the review equation.
I guess for your below sentence two, the second "Duda" = Dillard.

The contract lists Steve Duda as aquatic and Steve Dillard as terrestrial. I have worked with both and know that the contract is correct: Duda is an aquatic biologist and Duda is a terrestrial biologist. This is being resolved through contracts department as far as I know.
