- Charles, Not sure what to say: AECOM has not assigned an aquatic biologist yet as far as I know, so they have no sections started to know specifically what they need.
What you have written as a rough draft Site Audit Needs List is much to broad to be any help or to be submitted yet, and, besides, we are responsible for published information on the species and environment, not the plant, so we shouldn't be asking for that stuff. I know there are a lot of reports written for this plant, and we need to ask for some of them specifically.
Sorry I can't be more help but we are supposed to have a contractor on this one.
