It took several years for me to get the applicants to provide the information necessary to start my review. If we stop requesting this information, then it will not be provided.

See attached data Needs List markup with changes and comments., I've discussed these changes with my AECOM colleague Susan Provenzano.
I noticed that we have not requested any data on historic and archaeological resources. This is unusual since we have always requested information (e.g., survey reports and maps) in the past. I'm sure we will be needing to see some additional reports, construction photos, surveys, and maps not listed in the references. I also noted that we have not requested anything on human health.
Thank you for allowing us to review this data needs request list. I understand that this list has already been sent to the applicant. I urge you to submit changes from RERB staff as soon as possible so that the applicant doesn't waste their time collecting information we don't need and has time to collect any additional information we will need to see prior to the site visit.
