You may have already thought of this, but some other things that are useful to reviewers early on are (1) the ADAMS numbers for the original FESs; (2) a standard way to refer to the owner of the plants (e.g., "PSEG"),
the units ("e.g., "Salem" or "Salem Unit 1"); and (3) citations to (e.g., PSEG 2009) and reference for (i.e.,
exactly what will be put in the literature cited section) for the applicant's ER. You might check with Dave Drucker on the citation/reference thing, as he is going through this right now as well. Generally, DLR has used the Harvard system for citing and referencing, and you are probably familiar with it.
