National Source Tracking System contact information update
Dear Robert Walpole,
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is in the process of preparing to conduct the 2011 National Source Tracking System (NSTS) Annual Inventory Reconciliation. In addition to licensees being able to complete the Annual Inventory Reconciliation online (which is the preferred method), the NSTS contractor will be sending the inventory information via US Postal Service mail with signature confirmation. For this reason, the NRC requests that you verify, and if necessary, update the licensee's physical address and contact information below.
Please be advised that a physical address is required for the delivery service using signature confirmation (i.e.,
P.O. Box location addresses are not accepted). The package containing the annual inventory documents will be sent to the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). Also note that the RSO, as listed on your radioactive materials license, will need to be listed as one of the licensee contacts in NSTS. Please respond to this email as soon as possible, but no later than October 8, 2010, with any updated information or advise if no changes are needed.
