Event of Potential Public Interest Salem shift manager just reported that a short nosed sturgeon was found on the circulating water trash racks this morning. The short nosed sturgeon is a protected species. PSEG environmental licensing will issue a formal report within 24-hours and NRC will receive a copy. The sturgeon was deceased and partially mutilated.
