This letter provides the seventh response to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
("NRC") letters dated February. 26, 2011 and May 24, 2011 in the above docket.
Aerotest's response of June 14, 2011, stated that the estimate for submitting the decommissioning plan might be revised in the future to reflect additional input from EnergySolutions. Aerotest has received some preliminary input from EnergySolutions that indicates the date for submitting the decommissioning plan may be delayed, primarily due to complexity arising from planning for management of spent fuel. Aerotest hopes to provide a more definitive update of the decommissioning plan schedule by September 20, 2011.
