Following our recent meeting and discussions with representatives from Sequoyab Fuels Corporation, and pursuant to terms ofthe Settlement Agreement (III.D.I), the petitioning parties, the State ofOklahoma and the Cherokee Nation, wish to withdraw their pending request for a Directors Decision regarding Sequoyah Fuels Corporation, under 10 CFR 2.206 (2.206 Petition).
