Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed herewith are 40 copies of the Duane Arnold-Energy Center Emergency Plan dated July 1980. This plan has been developed to conform to NUREG-0654 (published January 1980) and supersedes our submittal of December 31, 1979.
The Emergency Operations Facility will be located in the ie: Tower, ten miles from the site in downtown Cedar Rapids as discussed in our letter of May 1, 1980 and in the meeting with members of your staff May 29, 1980.
