REQUEST FOR HEARING WITH RESPECT TO NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE, FOR FLORIDA POWER &
LIGHT COMPANY, ST. LUCIE PLANT, UNIT 1, DOCKET NO.
50-335-LA The Office of the Secretary has received via E-Filing on August 8, 2011, a request for hearing entitled Saprodani Associates Petition for Leave to Intervene and Request for Hearing, from Thomas Saporito, Senior Consultant, Saprodani Associates. The request can be found in ADAMS under accession ML11220A321.
Mr. Saporitos request for hearing was submitted in response to Florida Power & Light Company, St. Lucie Plant, Unit 1; Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License, and Opportunity for a Hearing and Order Imposing Procedures for Document Access to Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information, published in the Federal Register at 76 Fed.
