Dear Mr. Davis:
Please find enclosed copies of the examint.ons and evaluations in accordance with Item G. of the subject Confirmatomy Aitin Letter (CAL). The enclosed documentation is for one staff crew which ea.ived the accelerated remedial/
enhanced training required by Item C.
the CAL. Attachment 5 contains personnel performance information, th. disclosure of which might constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. We request that Attachment 5 be exempt from disclosure per 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6).
On October 8, 1990, we began providing enhanced training and evaluation to licensed staff personnel.
The training consists of 50 hours5.787037e-4 days <br />0.0139 hours <br />8.267196e-5 weeks <br />1.9025e-5 months <br /> of training for each crew, concluding with evaluated simulator scenarios. Copies of the Scenarios, the Instructor Guides, and Student Guides used during the first segment of enhanced training were enclosed with Reference 2. Three additional Scenarios used during staff training are attached. In addition to this formal training, operating crews are observing the Simulator training sessions.
