ORDER The NRC Staff has requested a three-day extension of time to file its answer to the Applicants Petition for Review of LBP-11-17 Granting Summary Disposition of Consolidated Contention NYS-35-36.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), the Staffs request is granted. The Staff, as well as the States of New York and Connecticut, may file answers to the applicants Petition by August 11, 2011. The applicants replies to all answers are due by August 16, 2011.
