Enclosure one is attached in reply to your Request for Additional Information (RAI) dated April 13, 2010 regarding license renewal for the Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center Reactor (RINSC). The enclosure contains the tenth and final set of answers to the questions specified in your letter. Enclosure 2 is a complete set of responses to the questions. As discussed, the RINSC staff is working on preparing a set of proposed Technical Specifications that is based on the safety analysis that has been performed for the re-licensing effort.
