OMY-1 1-131 July 12, 2011 Page 2 USNRC to NAC-UMS Amendment 2 through the 60 letters listed in Attachment A. By reference (h), Maine Yankee requested an exemption from one of the Technical Specification requirements contained in NAC-UMS Amendment 5 Certificate of Compliance. That request was granted in reference (i).

In accordance with the regulatory guidance provided under 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2), Maine Yankee hereby provides notification that the 60 canisters previously registered to NAC-UMS Amendment 2 (reference (c), will now be registered to the NAC-UMS System, Amendment 5 (reference (f)). Concurrent with this change, the current revision of the Final Safety Analysis Report for the NAC-UMS System will become Revision 9 (reference (g)).
