R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244 Revision 3 of the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan.
The enclosure to this letter contains Revision 3 of the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan (Security Plan). This revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Revision 3 dated April 27, 2011 consists of changes brought about by the upgrade of Ginna's Access Control Facility. The enclosure to this letter contains the revised pages of the Security Plan and a hard copy of the cover page showing Revision 3 of the Security Plan.
The enclosures to this letter contains Safeguards Information, which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
