This letter documents the implementation of the Pilgrim License Amendment 235 related to the revised Technical Specifications for setpoint and setpoint tolerances for safety relief and spring safety valves. This implementation of the License Amendment was completed during Refueling Outage 18 (RFO-1 8) that ended on May 10, 2011.
