- GENERAL ELECTRICS PARENT COMPANY GUARANTEE OF FUNDS FOR DECOMMISSIONING, DATED MARCH 18, 2011 On June 17, 2011, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions staff held a telephone conference call with staff from General Electric-Hitachi (GEH). The subject of the call was to clarify requests for additional information and to discuss plans to revise the Parent Company Guarantee of funds for decommissioning, dated March 18, 2011.
