Dear Mr. Harris:
Please find four (4) enclosed copies of Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) Heated Water Plan of Study (HWPOS) as required by the amended St. Lucie Plant Industrial Wastewater Facility (IWWF) Permit - Revision, December 23, 2010, and Condition 17 of Administrative Order (AO) 022TL. The Heated Water Plan of Study is required to be submitted to the Florida Department.of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for review and approval by June 21, 2011. Also, as stated in FPL's response (VPPSLO 12, May 10, 2011) to the Department's RFI letter re: FPL's Ambient Monitoring Report, dated April 14, 2011, the HWPOS incorporates an ambient monitoring station for the St. Lucie Plant.
Please signify the status of the FDEP's approval of the St. Lucie Plant Heated Water Plan of Study in your response to this submittal.
