By the above referenced letter dated June 9, 201 I , the NRC transmitted lnspection Report 05000282/2011010; 05000306/2011010 for the Prairie lsland Nuclear Generating Plant (PINGP). In the inspection report the NRC identified one finding and apparent violation with a preliminary significance of White for Unit 1 and a preliminary significance of Green for Unit 2. In the referenced letter the NRC also provided Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM") with the opportunity to request a Regulatory Conference or submit our position in writing.
NSPM appreciates the opportunity to meet with the NRC on this issue and by this letter requests a Regulatory Conference to present NSPM's perspectives on the facts, assumptions and significance regarding the proposed finding and apparent violation.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
