I have been advised that NMFS and NRC need to discuss other programmatic issues first, before we can get into any specifics of the IP section 7 consultation.

Hi All, I have set up a teleconference number for this Wednesday, June 15, at 10am to discuss some questions that NMFS has regarding the ongoing Indian Point section 7 consultation.

- 1. Terms and Conditions and Reasonable and Prudent MeasuresDiscuss monitoring for impingement to ensure that the terms are reasonable and appropriate.
- 2. Thermal PlumeHas Indian Point completed an updated thermal plume model? If not, Julie would like a summary of the best available information on the thermal plume to date, including the geographic extent of the plume.

- 3. Impingement and Entrainment of Benthic InvertebratesIs there information available to assess the impacts of impingement and entrainment of benthic invertebrates? (Clams and other invertebrates are potential forage for sturgeon.)
