The purpose of this public meeting is for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to hear from Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) on implementation of the Final Rule for Revisions to Environmental Protection Regulations for the Renewal of Nuclear Power Plant Operating Licenses and other license renewal environmental review issues. The proposed rule is available through the Federal eRulemaking Portal http://www.regulations.gov (Docket number NRC-2008-0608).

NRC Staff Members of the Public Nuclear Energy Institute Interested members of the public can participate in this meeting via a toll-free audio teleconference.
