CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT NO.1 - CORRECTION TO ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 193 REGARDING VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGES (TAC NO. ME4030)

Dear Mr. Pacilio:

By letter dated May 26. 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML111330556). the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 193 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-62 for the Clinton Power Station (CPS). Unit No.1. The amendment removes an expired time-related item and several typographical errors from the CPS Technical Specifications.

After issuance. it became apparent that the incorrect facility operating license (FOL), page 3.

was distributed via Listserv. Enclosed is the correct FOL page 3. Note that the official agency record dated May 26, 2011, as archived in ADAMS contains the correct FOL page 3. This error did not impact Amendment No. 193 as this is an administrative correction and does not change the NRC staff conclusions.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at (301) 415-1115.

Sincerely, Nicholas J. DiFrancesco, Project Manager Plant Licensing Branch 111-2 Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Docket No. 50-461
