Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), on behalf of Entergy Arkansas, Inc., System Entergy Resources, Inc. and South Mississippi Electric Power Association, the 2011 Decommissioning Funding Status (DFS) report Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 & 2, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, River Bend Station, Unit 1 and Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station, as required under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.75(f)(1) (ML110940138). The NRC staff has determined that additional information is needed to complete the review of the Entergy Operations, Inc. 2011 DFS report. The request for additional information (RAI) is attached and was discussed with Mr. Les England of your staff on May 24, 2011, and it was agreed that a response would be provided within 30 days of receipt of this E-mail.
