Please confirm & reply for the follow SPTFs - Byron/Clinton/LaSalle/Limerick Plants Importance: High Dolly and Vicky, this is a bit long, but I think that all of the majority of items fall under [B] Instructions, Option 1.
++++++++++++++++++++++
For the following SPTFs, we note that the Submission Update block was checked; however, we do not have an original version provided to the NRC.
Upon review, we note that the NRC SPTF auto-populates the Submission Update block with an X if the SPTF was submitted on or after March 1 for the previous calendar year.
Therefore, I believe these are not real Submission Updates, since I have not found the original submittal in the NRCs official recordkeeping files.
To ensure that the NRC official record is accurate, we need to do the following:
If the particular submission was a REAL submission update, (i.e., you have an original submission and an updated submission), we need the original version submitted to the NRC Document Control Desk.
See [A] Instructions below.
If the particular submission was NOT a submission update (i.e., meaning that it is the original and that it auto-populated the block by itself), please indicate as such. See [B] Instructions below.
For Byron: we have 3 clicked as Submission Updates.
