(1) Letter dated December 1, 2010, DPC to NRC, Request for Exemption from Certain Requirements of 10 CFR 73.55 (for LACBWR)
During the recent LACBWR Security Inspection, NRC and DPC personnel discussed the pending request for exemptions from 10 CFR 73.55 (Reference 1). The detailed discussion lead back to the original LACBWR Physical Security Plan (PSP) submittals. As requested by the NRC personnel the attached safeguards enclosures are provided.
