UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION BEFORE THE COMMISSION In the Matter of Docket # 50-293-LR Entergy Corporation Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station License Renewal Application May 6, 2011 CERTIFICATE REGARDING CONSULTATION I certify that on May 6, 2011, I contacted counsel for the applicant and the NRC Staff in an attempt to resolve the concerns raised by this motion. Counsel for the applicant said that, Entergy would object to replies, which are not provided for in the Commission's scheduling order. Counsel for the NRC Staff said that, NRC staff would oppose such a motion unless it demonstrates compelling circumstances pursuant to 2.323(c).
