Letter from TMI Records Management to The Document Control Desk (U.S. NRC, "Procedure to be Implemented 12/07/10," dated December 6, 2010 In the Reference 1 letter, Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 (TMI Unit 1) submitted the Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR), NO-AA-10, Revision 85. TMI Unit 1has determined that the Reference 1 submittal was not required.
Every two years Exelon submits an updated revision of the Exelon QATR, NO-AA-1 0 to satisfy the 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) requirements. The Exelon QATR submittal is on behalf of the Exelon fleet and includes TMI Unit 1.
Based on the above, TMI Unit 1 requests that the document submitted by Reference 1 be returned to the TMI Unit 1 Records Management Department.
