Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program Revision 9 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting Revision 9 to the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (Security Plan). The changes to the PBAPS Security Plan were implemented on March 10, 2011. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.5 4(p)(2), EGG is submitting this change within 60 days of implementation (i.e.,
no later than May 09, 2011).
The PBAPS Security Plan has been revised to add reference to the decommissioned PBAPS Unit 1 facility, consistent with Appendix A of the PBAPS Unit 1 Technical Specifications contained in the Decommisioning Plan and Safety Analysis Report (DPSAR).
EGC has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PBAPS Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.
