Dominion 2010 FFD Annual Performance Report Morning, Karl!
As I noted in our discussion, I dont recall which PM contacted us, but I had researched the question regarding the blank second page of the Millstone work hour/fatigue report as well as the blank first page of the same report for North Anna. In the signed copies from the station, these pages are indeed blank (ie no entries).
I hope this answers the questions you had regarding the submitted report.
