On behalf of Northwest Environmental Advocates I am submitting the Declaration of Dr. Arjun Makhijani in Support of Emergency Petition to Suspend all Pending Reactor Licensing Decisions and Relating Rulemaking Decisions Pending Investigation of Lessons Learned from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident (April 19, 2011). The Emergency Petition was submitted to the Commission on April 14, 2011, and a corrected copy of the Emergency Petition was submitted in this proceeding on April 18, 2011.
