Attached is the latest revision to the Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant (FNPP) Emergency Preparedness Booklet (EPB) for 2010-201 1. The FNPP EPB was prepared and printed by DTE Energy in cooperation with the Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division for the State of Michigan, Monroe County Emergency Management, and Wayne County Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
Monroe and Wayne Counties lie within the FNPP's 10-mile EPZ.
We request that you review this document for conformity to Title 44, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 350 and the requirements of NUFEG-0654/FEMA-REP-1. Please provide written comments regarding your review to the DHS/FEMA Region V by May 10,201 1.
