April 15, 2011 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES:
In the Matter of Tennessee Valley Authority (Watts Bar Unit 2)
This is to inform the parties that Commissioner William C. Ostendorff will visit the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, on Monday, April 18, 2011. Part of this trip may include a visit to Watts Bar, Unit
- 2. This is a routine plant visit to accompany a Congressional delegation at the invitation of Senator Lamar Alexander. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the Watts Bar, Unit 2, operating license application. If the parties have questions regarding this visit, please call Jason Zorn at (301) 415-1800.
