This refers to the Category 3 public meeting which was held on April 6, 2010, from 5:00 p.m.to 7:00 p.m., in the Surry Government Center, 45 School Street, Surry, VA 23883. The purpose of the meeting was to provide an open public forum to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process and the Annual Assessment of the Surry Power Station In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
