Purpose:
To provide an opportunity for industry representatives to discuss the use of design features by licensees to meet the regulatory requirements of 10 CFR Part 72 regarding the freestanding stack-up configuration. The NRC staffs position is documented in a Technical Assistance Request (TAR) response located in ADAMS accession number ML110200478. A meeting agenda is attached.
