Dear Mr. Kirwin:

This letter confirms plans as discussed between members of our staffs to meet and discuss the results of the 2010 End-of-Cycle assessment of performance at the Palisades Nuclear Plant.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 5, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. (EDT), at the Lake Michigan College Campus at 125 Veteran Boulevard, South Haven, MI. This meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
