ENDORSEMENT OF NEI 05-05 CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES GUIDELINE, REVISION 4, DATED MARCH 2011
Dear Mr. Earls:
This letter is in response to your March 1, 2011 email requesting review and endorsement of Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 05-05 Controller Responsibilities Guideline, Revision 4, dated March 2011. The Division of Security Operations has performed an extensive review of NEI 05-05, Revision 4, which was revised to address the staff comments and recommendations offered at our meeting held on March 16, 2011. We believe that all staff comments and recommendations have been adequately addressed in this revision of the document.
On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response, Division of Security Operations, the NRC hereby endorses NEI 05-05 Revision 4, dated March 2011.
