ME5726 Mr. Mulligan, On March 21, 2011, the PRB met internally to discuss the above petition and to make the initial recommendation. The PRBs initial recommendation is that the petition does not meet the criteria for review because you did not provide sufficient facts to warrant further inquiry. You have references to inspection reports to demonstrate that there is some recurring problem.
However, you did not provide any additional facts beyond what the staff has already inspected and documented in those inspection reports. We have allocated a time slot of 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm EDT time if you would like to address the PRB again. Please let me know if you would like to do so and if you can support this time slot.
