Changes to Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel Gentlemen:
This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) updated lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for WCNOC's owner companies to support the NRC's making a Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) determination and a Facility Security Clearance determination with regard to WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station.
The reference transmitted separate, updated, confidential OODEP lists for WCNOC and its three owner companies (Kansas Gas and Electric Company [KGE], Kansas City Power & Light Company [KCPL] and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. [KEPCo]) as well as for KGE's ultimate parent company, Westar Energy, Inc., and KCPL's ultimate parent company, Great Plains Energy Incorporated.
By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting recent officer changes for Westar Energy, Inc., and KCPL. In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), WCNOC is providing the NRC with notice of these changes in OODEP.

John T. Bridson was elected Vice President, Generation of Westar Energy, effective February 23, 2011.
John T. Bridson replaces Kenneth C. Johnson who retired.
Charles A. Caisley was elected Vice President, Marketing and Public Affairs of KCPL, effective March 1,2011.
Kevin E. Bryant, formerly Vice President, Energy Solutions of KCPL, was elected Vice President, Strategy and Risk Management, effective March 1, 2011.
Kevin E. Bryant replaces Todd A. Kobayaski who left the company. Mr. Bryant's personal information previously has been provided to the Commission, and therefore is not being resubmitted with this filing.
The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information.
Therefore, WCNOC requests that the NRC treat the enclosure as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as "Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
