NRC STAFFS UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CORRECT THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE ORAL ARGUMENT HELD ON MARCH 1, 2011 In accordance with 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and 2.327(d) and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) March 16, 2011 Order, the NRC Staff (Staff) hereby requests that the Board correct the transcript of the prehearing conference in this matter, held on March 1, 2011. The Staff respectfully requests that the transcript be revised to incorporate the corrections identified in Appendix A, attached hereto. The Staff identified these inaccuracies after a careful review of the transcript. The Staff has limited its request to errors that altered the meaning of the Staffs statements.
