License Amendment Request 236, Automatic Operation of Transformer Load Tap Changers (Tac No. ME4011) Kewaunee Power Station This message acknowledges receipt of a copy of your letter Serial No. 10-063B dated March 14, 2011, which clarifies information submitted by you in a letter dated January 18, 2011, pertaining to a licensing action referenced by us as TAC No. ME4011. The need for the clarification was articulated during a telephone call on March 7, 2011, attended by Singh Matharu and Karl Feintuch (myself) for the NRC and Jack Gadzala, Craig Sly (yourself), Tom Breene, Robert Gerke, William Hennig and Bruce Lord attending from Dominion and Dominion contractors Amit Anand and Kazimierz Leja.

Submittals by US Mail generally take approximately one to two weeks to acquire their ADAMS Accession Numbers. I will provide that number to you when I receive it. At any point that you may become concerned about whether your original document has been received, please contact me.
