MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT - TRIENNIAL FIRE PROTECTION BASELINE INSPECTION DATES
Dear Mr. OConnor:
On March 4, 2011, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) notified you of the results of its end-of-cycle performance review of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. In addition, the NRC provided an inspection plan for inspections scheduled through June 30, 2012. As a result of discussions with Mr. D. Neve of your staff and the staff of the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, we have determined that the dates listed for Inspection Procedure (IP) 71111.05T, Fire Protection (Triennial), were incorrect. The correct dates for this inspection are:
On-site weeks:
June 13 - 17, 2011 June 27 - July 1, 2011 July 11 - July 15, 2011 These dates are consistent with those outlined in our letter dated September 24, 2010.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
