By letter dated February 23, 2011, Dairyland Power Cooperative submitted a response to the revised power reactor security rule and a request for exemptions from certain requirements of 10 CFR 73.55 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. Please review the proposed exemptions and provide a Safety Evaluation for the request. I understand that a copy of the request, which contains Safeguards Information, is available in the E-Safe.
