NRC OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT NO. 3-2010-025
Dear Mr. OConnor:
This refers to an investigation conducted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),
Office of Investigations (OI) to determine whether a contract individual at the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant deliberately violated licensee requirements and procedures by failing to perform an action on February 6, 2010. Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, we did not substantiate the allegation. The synopsis from the OI Report of Investigation is enclosed.

However, because of the Security-Related Information contained in the enclosure, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letters enclosure will not be available for public inspection.
