Diablo License Renewal follow up question.
Hello Mr. Susco, I have a few follow up questions from our correspondence last October:
- 1) Are there official NRC documents that explain the information you sent me?
- 2) Does the NRC have fixed "slots" and assigned time frames for each plant, licensee or consortium during which it is their sole opportunity to apply for license renewal?
a) If "yes":
i) can you provide this fixed schedule or assigned timeframe for PG&E?
ii) if the utility cannot for any reason initiate its license renewal in this predetermined slot, what allowance are made for them to subsequently file?
b) If "no" - how does the NRC determine when they file?
- 3) Does the NRC at this time have any limitations on its resources and ability to manage the current number of license renewal applications in progress?
- 4) Does the NRC anticipation any limitations on its resources and ability to process in a timely fashion anticipated license renewal applications within the next five years?
