The PRB denied the request for immediate action because there was no immediate safety concern to plant, or to the health and safety of the public. This request is outside the 2.206 process. You can only address the PRB within the 2.206 process and the PRB members are NRC officials consisting of NRC technical experts and management, who will be present during the call. The general state of conditions is a very broad term, but you have the opportunity to express specific concerns or provide any additional information regarding Palisades through this petition. In any case, this call is not possible before the teleconference with you on Monday, 3/7/11.
