- Greg, We are not able to find EPRI TR-107390. The number for the EPRI Closed Cooling Water Chemistry Guideline is TR-107396. Attached is the EPRI 1007820. The title said it is revision 1 to TR-107396. Chapter 4 is titled "Technical Basis of Treatment Chemicals."
