NRC OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT NO. 3-2010-024

Dear Mr. Pacilio:

This refers to an investigation conducted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),

Office of Investigations (OI) to determine if two individuals at the Clinton Power Station deliberately falsified logs on February 4, 2010. Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, we did not substantiate the allegation. The synopsis from the OI Report of Investigation is enclosed. We determined that the logs were not required by NRC regulations; therefore, there was no violation of NRC requirements.
